Welcome! My name is Karen and I am a bilingual Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker with over 30 years of experience providing individual, family and group therapy. I specialize in trauma informed therapy and aim to supports clients’ development of healthy relationships. Over the years I have worked with young children and adults in a variety of clinical settings and developed the necessary skills to help clients change and thrive. My goal is to provide a safe non-judgmental and culturally sensitive environment for clients to explore and understand the roots of their challenges.
My approach to treatment is warm and collaborative, meeting clients where they are so they can explore their vulnerabilities and identify patterns that are not longer serving them. During sessions, I use mindfulness based approaches to guide clients towards inner peace, so they can enjoy life to the fullest.
