About
I specialize in working with preteens, teens, and adults through parenting issues, anxiety, stress management, infertility, grief and loss, self-esteem, trauma, and military family life. I am passionate at working with clients, where ever they are in their life journey. I incorporate a systemic approach to therapy that considers individual and family issues from a holistic perspective with goal orientated outcomes.
I utilize my Registered Play Therapist and EMDR basic training techniques for teens, adults, couples, and families to provide insight into inner conflicts and resolve dysfunctional relational patterns through directive and non-directive work.
I have a passion for infertility issues from both a personal and professional stand point. Couples facing infertility are not alone and I am here to help with this process.
