Virtual Caregiver Support Group (Zoom)
I facilitate a monthly virtual support group for caregivers of loved ones with dementia and Parkinson’s. My approach is grounded in creating a space that feels safe, calm, and non-judgmental—where caregivers can speak honestly about the realities of what they’re experiencing, including the parts that are often difficult to share elsewhere. Caregiving can bring up a wide range of emotions, from deep love to exhaustion, grief, and frustration. In this group, participants are met with understanding, not pressure or expectation. You don’t have to have the right words—just showing up is enough.

Virtual Grief Support (Zoom)
This virtual monthly group is for adults who have experienced the death of a loved one after a serious or long-term illness. This group offers a calm, supportive space to talk, listen, and reflect—at your own pace. You are welcome to share or simply be present. Together, we make room for the many layers of grief, including sadness, exhaustion, relief, and everything in between. There is no expectation to “move on” or “fix” your grief—only space to carry it with support.

Care Partner Support Group (Virtual)
Are you navigating a caregiving relationship—as a caregiver, a care receiver, or both? This virtual monthly group offers a supportive space for people in shared care relationships, including couples and adult children caring for a parent. Whether you’re providing care or receiving it, this experience can bring complex emotions, role changes, and challenges that are hard to navigate alone. You may be grieving changes in independence, identity, or relationship roles. It can feel isolating to be in an experience others don’t fully understand. This is a space where both caregivers and care receivers have a voice.
