Guidance and support is provided to address short and long term needs.

I integrate the techniques of Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Mindfulness to support clients. I provide mental health counseling for individuals, grief counseling, couples therapy, and family counseling to facilitate challenging conversations.
