I understand many life experiences can leave one unable to cope and rebound from their effects. I provide techniques to promote healing from life's traumatic events, in order for you to get back to enjoying life. I use trauma-informed techniques such as 'flash technique', 'progressive counting', and hypnotherapy to assist in identifying and processing trauma. These are valid and reliable techniques that provide faster processing and healing than most others.
I will work with you to establish clear and concise goals for successful treatment. I am very direct in getting to the root of the problem and offering ways to heal. The goal is always for you to leave better than you came.
I think we can all go through things in life, and sometimes we just need a little extra help to navigate towards a successful journey. We will always work together to identify and work towards goal success in the therapy journey.
