I believe that the answers to people's problems lie within, and that I serve as a guide to facilitate the release of blocks and the emerging of one's wholeness. My approach is psycho-spiritual, collaborative, strengths-based, holistic, with a social justice lens; that is, I see you as a whole person, and believe in the interconnectedness of body, mind and spirit. I am interested in supporting you in healing wounds, coming home to your true self, detaching from old story lines and false identities. My intention is to create a safe, supportive atmosphere where acceptance and compassion play a role in the growth and healing process.
I may blend talk therapy with energy and body-based therapies: Mindfulness, yoga therapy, EFT, EMDR, chakra therapy, Energy Codes, Arcturian healing. I am here to support your healing process, accompany you in your questioning, sense of "stuckness", recovery from the wounds of life circumstances, to support your process of growing into your true self.
Natural adaptions to trauma, injustice, and all of life's challenges help one survive, but eventually, people want to thrive. In my work with survivors, folks just feeling "stuck", people struggling with relationships, or life transitions, I've seen amazing resilience.
