I specialize in working with teens and families...and I love it! With a little help, you and your son or daughter can greatly improve your relationship. Your home life can be more harmonious. You can communicate better. I also work closely with people of all ages who suffer with OCD and I have been trained in ERP (exposure response prevention), the gold standard for OCD treatment. I also work with adults with anxiety, depression, substance abuse, and relationship issues, as well as women going through divorce or career changes.

I have been licensed for 21 years. I have worked in inpatient psychiatry with teens and adults, outpatient mental health, and as a clinical director at a locked residential facility for teens in foster care with a history of trauma and loss.
