Blending traditional and non-traditional approaches to growth and change, we will work to identify and shed beliefs, thoughts and actions that are no longer working, while developing new and effective ways to approach old problems.
In an environment of warmth, respect, compassion, and humor, I assist my clients in learning to trust themselves. This may take the form of addressing past trauma through EMDR, TIST 'Parts Work' that navigates conflicting needs and desires, techniques for deeper self acceptance and compassion, or body-based strategies for managing anxiety and depression.
