I work with a wide range of emotional and behavioral issues providing services that span from therapy for depression, anxiety, grief & loss, anger management, and trauma to relationship/couples counseling, as well as monthly weekend couples workshop/retreats. I am an interactive, solution-focused, cognitive-behavioral and person centered therapist. My therapeutic approach is to provide support and practical feedback to help clients effectively address personal life challenges.
I integrate complementary methodologies and techniques to offer a highly personalized approach. With compassion and understanding, and in a comfortable and supportive atmosphere, I work with each individual to help them build on their strengths and attain the personal growth they are committed to accomplishing.
I have over 20 years of experience as a counselor, mental health therapist, and licensed professional counselor. I have maintained private practice in both Colorado Springs, Colorado and Memphis, Tennessee and have extensive experience working with working with a broad spectrum of clients.
