My approach to treatment begins at a basic level. I create a warm, safe environment where you can explore your personal goals and concerns. Together we will discover what keeps you from achieving healthy relationships, personal growth, and well-being. Treatment is tailored to meet the individual needs of each client.
I received a Certificate in Advanced Trauma Treatment and a Certificate in Post-Traumatic Growth from the Ferentz Institute in 2019. I have over 20 years experience working with individuals who have experienced trauma, difficult life transitions, low self-worth, depression, anxiety, & grief.
I teach body centered awareness and techniques to help clients manage symptoms and stressors. I also offer ways to express thoughts and feelings including drawing, collage, and journaling. Was this a rough year for you? Can you use help building on your strengths & increasing your sense of well being? I'd love to work with you.
