My job is to help you recognize and enhance your strengths so you can create the life you want and deserve.
The most important part of therapy is feeling safe and connected with your therapist. You should feel seen, heard, and accepted. Together we’ll build on this foundation by developing a holistic approach that works best for you. As needed, I offer techniques like mindfulness, cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), and acceptance and commitment therapy (ACT).
