My work focuses on helping people develop the skills they need to thrive and to discover things in themselves that may be preventing them from experiencing a genuine connection with others.
I have over 18 years of clinical experience working with individuals, couples, and families. My therapeutic approach is eclectic but includes psychodynamic, cognitive behavioral, solution focused, and energy psychology stances. I enjoy working with people looking to find their voice, find peace within themselves, and change old patterns.
