I enjoy working with individuals, couples, and families around a variety of issues. I believe folks seek therapy when they are already heading down the path to making things better in their lives. I want to join you on your path. I am affiliated with the Nehemiah Center, a Christian Counseling Center. My experience is with families and children in the child welfare system. I have worked with individuals around domestic violence and anger issues. I focus my work on helping a person/ couple/ or family to identify the things they want to work on, to set goals around that, and to provide skills to help make changes for the better.
I have been providing therapy using the Brief Therapy Model with clients of the past three years. My other training in working with trauma issues. I use Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and have training in this method.
The past few years have been difficult times for many people. As a result, many have suffered mental health issues and Mental Health services have become a part of the solution in dealing with those issues as they have become more acceptable I invite you to reach out for a free consult.
