Our relationship will be one of respect, empathy, and understanding. My goal and focus in therapy is to help you find your own way and answers to your unique situations and problems. You do have the answers within yourself and I would be honored to help you find them and then implement the necessary changes to see new dreams materialize.
Specialty includes individual, family, and couples' counseling. I address mood disorders, adjustment, and relationship issues. I have extensive background in helping people deal with addiction. I have successfully used EMDR to help clients deal with depression, anxiety, unresolved grief, past traumas, and conditions blocking them from being the full-functioning person they want to be.
As we age I believe we still need a supportive person to listen to us. I am that person. I will foster and support new, positive behaviors and communication choices that will lead you to have more creative energies for life. Growing is an ongoing process no matter what your age.
