Until you make the unconscious conscious, it will direct your life and you will call it fate.” — Carl Jung.
I believe meaningful change begins with deeper self-understanding. My approach to therapy is thoughtful, collaborative, and tailored to each individual, creating a space where insight, emotional clarity, and lasting growth can unfold.
I work with individuals navigating anxiety, depression, relationship challenges, trauma, sleep concerns, and substance use. Together, we move beyond symptom relief to explore underlying patterns, strengthen resilience, and build more adaptive ways of relating to yourself and others.
I hold a Doctorate in Clinical Psychology and draw from a range of evidence-based, integrative approaches, allowing treatment to be both effective and highly individualized. I have extensive experience working with clients of all ages and backgrounds.
In addition to individual therapy, I offer interpersonal process groups for those interested in deepening self-awareness and enhancing their relationships.
My practice offers a supportive, confidential environment where you can engage in meaningful, focused work at your own pace.
I offer a complimentary consultation and welcome you to reach out.

Groups
Understanding Self and Others
This group is comprised of 5-8 individuals who meet face to face to share their struggles and concerns. The power of process group lies in the unique opportunity to receive multiple perspectives, support, encouragement and feedback from other individuals, and a trained psychologist, in a safe and confidential environment. Group provides individuals an opportunity to deepen their level of self-awareness and to learn how they relate to others. Members are encouraged to give support and feedback to others, and to work with the reactions and responses that other members' contributions bring up for them.
