Many of the women I work with carry early relational wounds, often rooted in family-of-origin dynamics. These wounds can lead to people-pleasing, perfectionism, a harsh inner critic, emotional caretaking, numbing behaviors with food or alcohol, and overworking. I help women heal from childhood trauma (complex PTSD) by understanding and transforming these protective patterns leading to greater joy, freedom, and life fulfillment.
My therapeutic approach integrates Internal Family Systems (IFS/parts work), Adult Children of Alcoholics & Dysfunctional Families (ACA) Recovery Principles, and Expressive Arts Therapy. I work in a warm, empathic, and experiential way, helping clients gain insight while also engaging in deeper healing processes. I'm licensed in both Oregon & California.
