I work with individuals who struggle with depression, anxiety, trauma, other various stressors that present in everyday life. I enjoy working with children and adolescents, along with adults and am passionate about focusing on an individuals strengths and building a positive therapeutic relationship.
I am a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor that has the honor to work with people at their time of need. I primarily work from a strength-based approach and my experience and training includes, Trauma-Informed Care, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Mindfulness and Integrative Family and Systems Treatment (I-FAST).
