I use a blend of clinical techniques including, EMDR, Internal Family Systems and Somatic Therapy. In session, we also may connect through meditation, spiritual knowings and use intuition to guide us deeper.
Through a collaborative process, I seek to helps clients develop coping strategies to self-soothe and build internal and external resources, have a greater since of freedom to be authentic to who they are and trust and know themselves more deeply.
