I work primarily with adults, couples, and professionals in managing a wide range of mental health issues and challenges, such as Anxiety, Depression, Intimacy, Communication problems, Learning differences, Self-esteem, Health issues, Life Transitions, Grief & loss, Professional/Work issues, Family and Relationship stress and estrangement. My approach is multi-modal and evidence-based; using evidence and an informed perspective, I consider good, reliable research on the efficaciousness of treatment approaches. I help adults, couples, and families overcome obstacles that keep individuals and families stuck in painful feelings of rejection, fear, guilt, & anger. We use strategies for addressing sources of tension and conflict and incorporate helpful tools to practice moving into a more positive, respectful, empathic, and loving mindset and improved communication.
