I am a licensed professional counselor in the state of Pennsylvania. My work is primarily with adults who are experiencing normal life stressors such as work problems, relational issues, trauma and grief and loss. I really enjoy working with people to gain personal insight and weigh out options for difficult decisions. Additionally, I have experience with most mental health diagnosis and continue to work with most anxiety and mood disorders.

I incorporate a variety of treatment strategies, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Interpersonal Therapy, Emotion-Focused Therapy, grief counseling, trauma-informed therapy, and Mindfulness. Therapy is a collaborative approach to help promote change, acceptance and overall improvement in well-being. I cater my technique to meet each client's needs.

My practice is located at Simply Well in downtown Carlisle. We have ample parking in the lot behind the building. Coming in and opening up to a stranger can be scary, but often well worth the effort. Contact me to discuss how I can help.
