Hello! My name is Karen Bischoff and I work as a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) based out of Arizona. I enjoy working with clients statewide via Telehealth. Among others, my specialties include stress, anxiety, bereavement, trauma, anger, and relationship issues. I enjoy helping my clients create a life of quality and an overall increased sense of well-being. I primarily use CBT, supportive, solution-focused, and some insight-based strategies. I focus on wellness and strength-based approaches. to overcome clients' obstacles and concerns.
I work with clients ages 18 to 64 to facilitate improvements in their overall coping skills, and adjustment to a variety of life issues whether it be marital, career, moving, or family concerns, among many other issues.
My communication style is down-to-earth, personable, and caring with a focus on creating a comfortable and honest environment for my clients to share their most challenging thoughts, feelings, and experiences.
