As a couples and sex therapist (also indiv), I’m passionate about helping people build deeper emotional and physical connections in their relationships. Whether you’re navigating communication challenges, feeling disconnected from your partner, or struggling with intimacy, I offer a safe and supportive space where you can explore, heal, and grow together.
My approach is warm, open, and collaborative. I believe that real change happens when people feel seen, heard, and accepted without judgment.
I also specialize in anxiety, whether with sex, generalized anxiety, and/or phobias. We can reduce your anxiety and improve functioning.

I have extensive training in Sex Therapy, couple’s issues, and anxiety. I work with couples and individuals. I am also a Certified Sex Therapist with AASECT.
