Are you feeling stuck but don't want to talk to a stranger? Whether it's anxiety, PTSD, CPTSD, addiction, or just pain, I get it - I’ve been there. You’re not a diagnosis. You’re a person. As an Attachment Therapist and Trauma Specialist, I concentrate on relational & generational dynamics working systemically to uncover the roots of painful patterns while strengthening what serves you. Together, we’ll envision what successful therapy looks like and co-create a plan to get there. My approach blends trauma-informed, somatic, and attachment work. I honor your lived experience. Healing is possible. Let’s walk that path together.
As the child of Holocaust survivors, I have a deep understanding of PTSD, CPTSD, Family Dysfunction, and Generational Trauma. I experienced how epigenetics shape our lives. I offer psychoeducation, attachment and trauma informed therapies to help you. And just in case, influences include Gabor Maté, Stephen Porges, Peter Levine, and Bessel van der Kolk.
Asking for help is hard! And here is my commitment - As a lifelong learner, whether it’s somatic practices like EFT tapping, Inner child explorations, Emotional Regulation, or creative techniques, we’ll find the way together! Let me help you foster healing, emotional regulation, and self-compassion. Call me for a free 15 minutes consultation!
