My approach is non-pathologizing, curious, direct and creative. I tailor the therapy process to your unique needs and pace. Together, we’ll work toward your goals—whether that’s healing from past wounds, deepening self-awareness, or embracing lost parts of yourself.
My approach combines somatic therapy—using breath, movement, and touch to support nervous system regulation and healing, as well as depth therapy— using dream interpretation and art therapy to access the the parts of yourself that are less understood. Together, we'll explore the patterns that keep you stuck and what you can do to shift these patterns.

Psychedelic & Entheogenic experiences serve as potent catalysts for growth, healing, and new inspiration, provided they are practiced with intention, safety, and support. By sharing our stories, wisdom, and best practices, we tap into the universality of the human condition and generations of wisdom.
