About
Welcome! Sometimes we decide that we need a change in our lives. Maybe anxiety, depression, or a past experience has limited our views of ourselves and what we think we are able to do. Or we’re struggling with who we are and what feels most meaningful to us. Or we want to improve the way we perform. Taking a step toward change—especially the first step—can feel like standing still. But notice what happens when you can string a few steps together: suddenly you're a little bit further than you were before, and before you realize it, you're a lot further. That's the power of MOMENTUM.
I collaborate with adult therapy clients to understand and address their concerns, using proven treatments and a client-centered approach that acknowledges and values the human connection we all share. In addition, I work with adolescent and adult athletes and others interested in improving and optimizing performance using applied sport psychology.
I welcome and support individuals of all identities and strive to create a warm and welcoming space where the fullness of these identities can be expressed. Please contact me for a free phone consultation to determine whether Momentum Psychology and Performance is the right fit to help you take the steps toward the change you desire.
