Sometimes the strongest step is asking for support, and that’s where growth begins. I blend evidence-based counseling with Biblical truths to provide guidance, insight, and encouragement as you navigate life’s challenges. I work with individuals and couples on anxiety, depression, self-esteem, women’s issues, parenting, addiction, adjustment challenges, and relational concerns. It is also my honor to work with military families in my community.
I have flexible appointment times and current availability, so you can schedule support when you need it. My goal is to offer a safe, nonjudgmental space where you can explore your thoughts and emotions, grow in self-awareness, and take intentional steps toward healing and wholeness. I work with adolescents (age 12 and up), teenagers, and adults of all ages.
It is a privilege to walk alongside my clients as they pursue growth, restoration, and healthier relationships.
