Many of us struggle with trauma, relationships and difficult life transitions that lead to depression, anxiety, stress, anger, confusion, frustration and fear. You might dance in and out of self-abandonment, wanting to feel worthy, confident, productive and loved, yet continue to feel stuck, alone and perhaps a little lost. Without clarity, it can feel hard to know how to move forward, especially if there’s a relentless inner critic at play, or if insecure attachment, codependency or self-sabotage are part of your story. However, through mindful exploration, you can broaden perspective and engage in a journey of healing and growth.
I help you nurture a deep connection to self, as well as a new relationship with thoughts, emotions and body sensations. You develop insight and skills to cultivate choice in how you respond, opening to more ease and freedom. With warmth and empathy, we explore relationships, self-love and attachment, often returning to the heart, which always knows the way.
I draw from ancient wisdom, such as mindfulness, meditation and Buddhist psychology, as well as evidence-based psychotherapy and neuroscience to help you cultivate intention, clarity, confidence and care. In addition to therapy, I offer an online MBCT course, which offers mindful ways to skillfully be with challenging thoughts, feelings and situations.
