My practice, Wellness Works Counseling promotes compassionate, emotional balance through cognitive, mindful and expressive therapy. Treatment specialties: childhood trauma, adoption, divorce, job transitions. I am trained in family systems, grief counseling, and expressive sand tray. I have masters degrees in counseling and divinity. For over 25 years I have supported people in navigating intense life experiences. I am skilled in the use of therapeutic sand tray, emotional attachment theory, family system theory and grief counseling to help clients regain their purpose, harmony and joy.
