Karen Ann Aubrey
Marriage & Family Therapist, MS, LMFT
Some transitions in life such as the birth of a child, divorce, illness, unemployment, or the loss of a loved one may cause you to experience stress, anxiety, depression or uncertainty about what to do next. Therapy can help you discover resources that will help you navigate through the ups and downs of life.
I use patient-focused therapeutic techniques to help my patients who are struggling with depression, anxiety, stress, and other difficult issues. It is my professional opinion that most patients all already have the resources to solve their issues or problems.
I assist my patients in finding solutions for whatever issues they may be struggling with; by providing an empathic and non-judgmental environment for clients to share their thoughts and feelings. I am available evenings and weekends. My office is located conveniently in Northridge.
