Growing up internationally, I experienced relationships in a communal way that felt deeply connected to community, culture, and tradition. Moving to an individualistic society as a young adult brought new challenges and opportunities, pushing me to navigate the complexities of identity, belonging, and connection in a different context. These transitions shaped my deep curiosity about relationships and the ways we heal from pain and grow through change. As a therapist, I bring these personal insights into my work with adults, and couples.
I understand how relational wounds, chronic anxiety, and self-defeating patterns can drain our energy and keep our wheels spinning. For individuals, I help address the roots of these struggles and create meaningful change. For couples, I focus on building trust, improving communication, and fostering intimacy.
My goal is to create a warm, loving space where we can explore what’s keeping you in a cycle of distress and help you build the life and relationships you love.
