I am a Christ-centered therapist who integrates biblical counseling principles into the therapeutic process to promote emotional healing, spiritual growth, and lasting personal transformation. My approach is rooted in the belief that Scripture provides wisdom, truth, and guidance for understanding life’s struggles, relationships, and the human heart. In counseling sessions, I help individuals examine their thoughts, emotions, behaviors, and spiritual lives through a biblical lens while creating a supportive and compassionate environment for growth and healing.
My counseling style is heart-focused, emphasizing inner transformation rather than surface-level behavior change. I work with clients facing emotional struggles such as anxiety, depression, fear, anger, grief, and addiction, as well as relational and family challenges.
Through Scripture, reflection, accountability, and practical applicaidentify unhealthy patterns, strengthen their relationship with God, renew their mindset, and pursue healing through the power of Christ and the work of the Holy Spirit. My goal is to provide soul care that encourages resilience, spiritual maturity, emotional wellness, and purposeful living.
