I am a licensed independent clinical social worker (LICSW) with experience working with people struggling with their mental health. I have worked with clients with a wide range of concerns, including depression, anxiety, phobias, and a history of physical and emotional trauma. I have additional experience working in a skilled nursing facility, long-term care, and residential settings. Through this, I have provided support to individuals with chronic medical diagnoses, brain injury, and dementia. I have experience supporting these individuals, as well as family, friends, and caregivers for these individuals.
As a social worker, I believe in a person-centered approach and collaborating with my clients to meet their goals. I am very open-minded and want my clients to feel comfortable sharing their struggles without fear of judgment. I have an eclectic therapy style, meaning I pull from different evidence-based approaches that fit your needs.
