My life’s work has been focused on helping people to live their best lives through understanding, perseverance, and empowerment. I have over 18 years of experience assisting and helping people in the mental health and substance use fields. I am a Licensed Clinical Mental Health Counselor (LCMHC) in the state of New Hampshire and in Florida. I work with people on issues of life transitions, anxiety , depression, workplace issues, and specialize in issues of trauma and grief and loss.
As a therapist, I have an eclectic approach using evidence-based practices such as, Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Cognitive Processing Therapy (CPT), Narrative Therapy and Mindfulness and Grounding techniques (to name a few) to assist with anxiety, depression, adjustment difficulties (family, social, and work), grief and loss, and trauma.
I strive to create a safe and understanding environment for people to work on their personal goals and overcome concerns that are causing a negative impact on their lives. I am currently accepting self-pay and some commercial (from an employer) insurance plans. I look forward to working with you and supporting your on your journey.
