Welcome, and congratulations on taking the first step towards a better tomorrow. I am a masters level clinical psychotherapist with doctoral training in clinical psychology. I specialize in treat clients who are experiencing trauma, chronic illness and PTSD. First responders, especially law enforcement and military personnel, face unique challenges today. Police officers, firefighters, veteran, therapists, and EMTs are understood and welcomed here, because that world has been a daily part of my life for nearly 20 years. My priority is to ensure that your privacy and confidentiality are always maintained to protect your profession.
I offer individual therapy in person and online, individual and group critical incident stress debrief, yearly mental health assessments, fit for duty evaluations and much more. I treat trauma with evidence-based practices that empower you to overcome negative experiences. Additionally, I have training with the Center for Deployment Psychology.
