About
I am an LCSW, CCS, with over 20 years of experience. I have worked as both a manager and a therapist in a wide range of programs in my career, including outpatient, partial care, addictions, residential, and I successfully secured funding and managed a walk-in crisis program for 7 years. I am experienced at working with adults who are experiencing a wide range of issues, including anxiety, depression, bipolar disorder, and PTSD. I utilize a person-centered approach, in which I help individuals identify the strengths which they wish to build upon, so that they may achieve the goals which they aspire to.
Within my practice I make every effort to create a safe place for individuals to engage in self exploration and develop a positive sense of self so that they can effectively manage the challenges within their lives.
I look forward to working with any individuals who are open and motivated to making positive changes, so that they may successfully navigate that sometimes rocky road that we call life.
