Are you feeling stuck in a painful cycle with food, your body, or past trauma? Maybe you feel overwhelmed by shame, confusion, or fear—and you’re exhausted trying to manage it all on your own. You long for peace with food and your body, but wonder if that’s even possible.
You’re not alone—and you don’t have to keep struggling in silence.
I specialize in helping individuals heal from eating disorders, body image distress, chronic illness, and trauma. My approach is compassionate, individualized, and rooted in the belief that true healing happens when we understand the “why” behind our struggles—not just the symptoms.
Together, we’ll explore the experiences that shaped your relationship with food and body, and gently begin to rewrite the story. I draw from intuitive eating, trauma-informed care, and the unique healing power of equine therapy—where connection with horses can foster trust, self-awareness, and emotional regulation—honoring the complexities of chronic illness
This work is hard, but you don’t have to do it alone. I offer a warm, nonjudgmental space where you can feel seen, supported, and safe to grow—at your own pace. If you’re ready to take a step toward freedom and wholeness, I’m here to walk alongside you.

Groups
Youth Equine Therapy Group
Equine Therapy group focused on building self-confidence, connection, body image resilience, emotional regulation skills, and eating disorder healing — all through the healing partnership of horses. This group offers a supportive, nonjudgmental space where participants learn to build trust within themselves and others, strengthen self-esteem, and develop a kinder, more compassionate relationship with their bodies. No prior horse experience is needed — just curiosity and a willingness to grow. If you know a young person who could benefit from experiential, relational, somatic-informed growth through horses, I’d love to connect.
