I specialize in helping individuals heal from eating disorders, body image distress, chronic illness, and trauma. My approach is compassionate, individualized, and rooted in the belief that true healing happens when we understand the “why” behind our struggles—not just the symptoms.

Equine Therapy is a unique model that combines experiential learning, emotional regulation, and relational healing in a safe and self-paced manner.

Together, we’ll explore the experiences that shaped your relationship with food and body, and gently begin to rewrite the story. I draw from intuitive eating, trauma-informed care, and the unique healing power of equine therapy—where connection with horses can foster trust, self-awareness, and emotional regulation—honoring the complexities of chronic illness
