I am a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW) with over ten years of experience working with adolescents and adults across the lifespan on issues related to trauma, depression, undeveloped coping skills, grief, difficult life transitions, military and veteran’s issues, low self-esteem, chronic stress, and anxiety. I enjoy working with clients who are committed to their journey of self-discovery and healing, and I specialize in empowering women who are struggling to discover their self-worth and reach their goals.
I earned my Master’s degree in Social Work from the University of Washington and believe that each individual seeking therapy deserves to find a therapist they connect with and trust. My goal is that every client leaves therapy with the tools to manage their concerns.
