My name is Kara Savage, LPC and I am a licensed professional counselor specializing in helping adults who feel overwhelmed by relational pain, emotional exhaustion, and the weight of past experiences that still shape their present lives.

Many of my clients are high-functioning on the outside but feel lost, stuck, or tired on the inside.
