My approach is warm, collaborative, and embodied. I integrate Somatic Experiencing (SE), Neurosomatic Integration (NSI), mindfulness, and nervous system tools to help you understand your body's patterns, gently shift stress responses, and develop greater regulation, connection, and self-trust.
You don’t have to keep pushing through, overthinking, or trying to figure everything out on your own. There is often a reason your mind and body respond the way they do. Therapy can be a place to slow down, feel seen, reconnect with yourself, and develop greater self-trust.
