I bring my background in experiential education, depth psychology, and trauma/crisis work into the therapeutic space. I am trained in Trauma-Focused CBT and Oaklander Play Therapy. I offer a safe and supportive environment to tend to your psychological wounds and practice the skills and tools to heal and grow.
