My therapeutic style is a mix of practical and empathetic. In our sessions we'll identify what your problem is, and form a plan for overcoming it. You'll gain practical coping skills and communication tools for managing stress in everyday life, and a friendly and patient listener. Plus, I have experience with LGBTQ, multicultural and feminist issues.
