Using evidence-based practices like EMDR + IFS, I support clients in their journey towards self-discovery and growth. EMDR targets trauma, fostering emotional resilience. IFS explores internal dynamics, promoting curiosity of self and integration. Combining these approaches, I support my clients in unlocking their potential and living authentically.
