I specialize in supporting people with neurodiversity in relationships, ensuring an inclusive and accommodating environment tailored to unique needs. I am LGBTQIA2S+ affirming and supporting all types of gender and sexual expressions and intimate relationships. Client-centered approach to counseling where we collaborate together to identify goals and develop a personalized treatment plan. I can help you and your partner (s) improve communication, build intimacy (sex therapy), and strengthen your relationship. Therapy is for intimate partners (couples or more), families, siblings or parents navigating relationship changes.
Offering in person relationship, couples, sex therapy, religious trauma and more. I incorporate aspects of body experiences and DBT in many sessions. I find it helps clients slow down and enter their body a bit more as well as have tools to get unstuck. I offer telehealth therapy sessions for those in Colorado and in person sessions in Littleton and Denver.
