About
Do you feel as though life is passing you by? As though you’re not in the driver’s seat of your own life? Oftentimes we go into autopilot mode because it’s familiar and feels comfortable. This autopilot mode can serve us, but when we’re constantly reacting to life automatically rather than responding mindfully, it can start to create issues for us. Therapy can be an effective way to break out of habitual patterns of thinking, feeling, and behaving that are causing us problems. I create a nonjudgmental space where you can pause to explore how to live life more intentionally and wholeheartedly.
I have years of experience in a variety of settings empowering people to break free from limiting patterns and ultimately create a more meaningful life for themselves. In particular, I specialize in working with those struggling with substance use, binge eating, perfectionism, anxiety, depression, existential distress, and life transitions.
As someone who has been in therapy myself, I can appreciate the courage it takes to follow through on reaching out for professional help. If you feel like I might be a good fit, or if you have any other questions for me about my services or the therapy process in general, I encourage you to reach out.
