I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker who works with children, teens, young adults, and parents using evidence-based and developmentally appropriate approaches. My ideal clients include children experiencing anxiety, depression, or trauma-related symptoms, and parents who feel overwhelmed by their child’s big emotions or challenging behaviors. I also work with teens and young adults struggling with racing thoughts, negative self-talk, low mood, or life transitions. My ideal client wants to feel more in control, understood, and confident, and they’re looking for practical tools and support to help.
I am trained in MATCH for children and teens with anxiety, depression, trauma, and behavioral concerns, and RUBI parent coaching to support caregivers managing impulsivity, hyperactivity, and aggression at home. I also support teens and young adults through CBT (Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and ACT (Acceptance and Commitment Therapy) informed approaches.
