We'll look at wounded narratives you've been operating out of and seek to heal those roots so you can show up as your most free, exuberant self and find your zest for life again. Most importantly, you are not alone :)
I provide therapy through a relational approach, offering empathy and compassion to combat feelings of shame or trauma experienced. I believe the first step towards healing is knowing you are not alone, so I like to join with you in the midst of your deepest despair to find hope together. I also provide faith-based counseling if that aligns with your values.
