About
**Currently doing virtual consults. Be sure to check out profiles for Mandy Curtis, Dan Calabrese, and Mary Lopes who have current openings** I'm here to support individuals with post-traumatic stress, interpersonal difficulties, life transitions, and more. I really appreciate the complexity of personality and identity formation. My ideal client was raised with a slightly "messed up" childhood, which they laugh about but say they are "over it". But, they may be having some concerns in their current relationships and be asking themselves- why is this a pattern for me? This curiosity can lead to powerful transformations.
I specialize in a variety of modalities including MI, CBT, ACT, DBT, and solution-focused perspectives, all with a trauma-informed lens. I have completed 36+ hours of training in EMDR. I offer assessments for gender-affirming care for the trans community. For professionals, I enjoy providing consultation and supervision to new and seasoned practitioners.
You don't need anything wrong with you to talk to someone. I accept only private pay clients to allow greater flexibility for my clients in terms of treatment length and duration, without the need for stigmatizing diagnoses if they aren't warranted.
