My approach is informed by trauma research, recognizing how past experience shapes emotions and behaviors. As a member of the LGBTQ+ community, I am passionate about providing affirming care for LGBTQ+ children, adolescents, and adults, helping them explore identity and self-acceptance in a safe and supportive environment.
I have 11 years of experience as a professional school counselor and educator, specializing in work with children, adolescents, and families. Using a combination of evidence-based approaches tailored to each client based on their age, development, and concern, I create a warm, nonjudgmental space where healing and growth can happen.
