Navigating the world can be murky, difficult and anxiety inducing. Clients come to me when they are overwhelmed with symptoms of anxiety and depression. Together we work to establish personal understanding and create a path forward that feels stable, clear and bright. I have a wide range of experience working with clients within the LQBTQIA+ community, along with those who have experienced trauma, depression, and anxiety. I work from an existential framework with anti-racist and queer affirming lenses.
have worked in human services for over ten years offering supportive spaces to explore stressors and challenges. My background in Trauma Informed Care, EMDR, LGBTQ Issues, and a social justice mindset allow for us to focus on your personal strengths and the power of the human spirit.
The hardest part is making that initial contact. I am available for free phone consultations. I find that these help put client's minds at ease as we discuss my credentials, and address any concerns.
