I use a psychodynamic, trauma-resilient, parts-based approach and am well-versed in codependency psychoeducation. Anyone who struggles with emotions, may be using substances or behaviors to cope, and wants to know why may find their answers here with me. I do everything in my power to help you understand your own journey.
I am nonbinary, female-presenting, LGBTQIA identifying, poly/LS/open relationship affirming, kink/fetish aware, and non-religious.
