I enjoy working with all individuals and ages, including children, adolescents/teens, and adults! My approach is multifaceted, drawing from various therapeutic models including ACT, CBT, DBT, Motivational Interviewing, as well as play therapy. I also incorporate a strengths-based approach to empower my clients.
